The exit starts
before you quit.

A daily voice interview for people thinking about leaving — but not yet. Five questions. Your voice. No advice. Just your own answer, made clear.

A five-minute session

Answer. Hear yourself. Notice the pattern.

Everyone online has an opinion about what you should do. ExitPresent doesn't. It asks five questions, listens, and reflects back the thing you actually said — so the only voice that matters is yours.

  • 1 Answer five questions. Out loud or typed. About your work, your week, and what you're quietly carrying.
  • 2 See your own words reflected. Not advice. Not a verdict. The one sentence that mattered most.
  • 3 Watch clarity build. Over sessions, the same words start to surface. You notice what you've been circling.

The limbo

You think about leaving
every Sunday night.

Not miserable enough to quit. Not happy enough to stop thinking about it. Everyone has an opinion about what you should do — and none of them are you.

"I've updated my resume four times. I've never sent it to anyone."
Senior manager, tech
"The Sunday anxiety disappears the one week I'm on PTO. Then it comes right back."
Designer, agency
"I'd leave if I knew what I'd even do instead. That's the part nobody helps with."
Product lead
"Everyone I ask just tells me what they would do. That's not the same as knowing what I want."

Career apps give you job boards and resume tools. Wellness apps give you breathing exercises. Neither helps with the actual question underneath it all: do you even want to leave? ExitPresent doesn't answer that for you. It helps you hear your own answer — one honest session at a time.
How it works

Five questions.
A clearer answer.

From a vague Sunday-night feeling to something you can actually name — without anyone telling you what to do.

01

Sit down with five questions

Every session, five questions — some fixed, some drawn from what you said last time. Speak your answer out loud, or type it. Finish early whenever you want.

02

Your words come back to you

No advice, no score. ExitPresent reflects the one sentence that mattered most, and the quiet pattern underneath it. Your voice, made legible.

03

Clarity compounds

One session tells you little. Ten tells you something. The words you keep returning to become impossible to ignore — and the decision becomes yours.

What's inside

Built to help you hear yourself — not to push you out the door.

No streaks. No advice. No verdict. Staying is as valid as leaving. ExitPresent stays neutral, so the only voice that matters is yours.

Five questions a day

One session, five questions. Speak or type — whatever's easier in the moment. Finish early anytime; some days two answers is enough.

Your words, reflected

Not an AI summary of you — the actual sentence you said that mattered most. Surfaced back so you can sit with it.

Clarity over time

Across sessions, the same words start to surface. After a few weeks you can see what you've been circling — without anyone pointing it out.

Never tells you what to do

No advice. No verdict. No nudge toward quitting. ExitPresent stays deliberately neutral — because deciding to stay is just as valid as deciding to go, and only you can tell which is right.

Your exit goal, in view

Set a target date and what you're moving toward. A quiet D-day countdown keeps it present — no pressure, no push, just something to hold onto while you decide.

Private by design

Your answers are yours. Nothing is shared, nothing is public, and you can delete any session — or everything — whenever you want.

Gentle reminders

Pick your days and your time on a simple scroll wheel. Only weekdays, only weekends, or whatever fits. Miss one? Nothing breaks.

Why I built this

For the people who haven't quit yet.

There's a specific kind of tired that comes from doing work you're good at but no longer care about. You're not in crisis. You're in limbo — thinking about leaving every Sunday night, then showing up Monday like nothing's wrong. Nobody warns you about that one.

Every place I looked for help just handed me an answer. LinkedIn told me to quit and chase my passion. My manager told me to stay. Career apps handed me job boards. Wellness apps handed me breathing exercises. Everyone told me what to do. Nobody helped me figure out what I actually wanted.

So I built ExitPresent to do the opposite. It doesn't advise. It doesn't score you. It doesn't decide you should leave — because plenty of people go through this and choose to stay, and that's just as valid. It only asks, listens, and reflects your own words back until you can hear them clearly.

The exit doesn't happen the day you quit. It happens in the weeks before, when you finally get honest with yourself. Whatever you decide at the end of that — leave or stay — I want it to be genuinely yours.
